Originally from Texas, Jillian earned a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas before beginning a career in tourism that took her from Alaska’s railways and small cruise ships to more than 20 countries around the world. Those experiences sparked a lifelong passion for travel, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
After making New Orleans her home nearly a decade ago, Jillian built her career in food and beverage operations at a luxury hotel before earning a master’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans. It was there that she discovered destination management and found the perfect opportunity to combine her background in hospitality, operations, and event planning.
As an Event Operations Associate with ACCENT New Orleans, Jillian enjoys helping bring each client’s vision to life while creating unforgettable experiences for visitors from around the world. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her checking out the city’s newest restaurants, relaxing in a hammock at the park, or chasing after her energetic young son.
