Getting to Know Campbell

What is your favorite restaurant in New Orleans?

This is always such a hard question for me because I don’t have just one favorite. But if I had to choose, I would say St. Germain in the Bywater. It’s such a special spot and definitely one of my favorites.

What’s your favorite New Orleans festival?

I have to say Mardi Gras. I love seeing the city come together to celebrate our culture, traditions, and identity. It’s something so special and uniquely New Orleans, and I always love being part of it.

What’s your favorite food?

I’m definitely a New Orleans cliché because I love Cajun and Creole cuisine.

Coffee or cocktail, and what’s your favorite?

While I like both, I would probably lean more toward cocktails. I always love a good old fashioned. And while this technically isn’t a cocktail, I also love a Miller High Life with a little Aperol in it. It’s a McCoy special that my family loves.

What’s your favorite pastime or hobby?

I love playing tennis and pickleball, being outside when it’s not scorching hot, hanging out with friends, going to the gym, trying new experiences, and going to food and music festivals.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was a child, I was obsessed with Star Wars. Since being a Jedi wasn’t exactly an option, I knew I wanted to do something related to space.

Do you have a nickname?

No major nickname sometimes Camp, but most people just call me Campbell .
