Are you the person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone?

The one who actually enjoys networking, follows up without being reminded, and gets excited about bringing in new business? That's who we'd love to meet.

ACCENT New Orleans is looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Sales Associate to help us build relationships, uncover opportunities, and keep new business moving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
  • Making outreach calls and connecting with potential clients
  • Responding quickly to incoming leads and inquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Networking and representing ACCENT within the hospitality industry
  • Following up, staying organized, and keeping multiple opportunities moving

What We're Looking For

  • Hospitality sales experience preferred (ideally 3–5 years)
  • An outgoing personality and a genuine love of meeting people
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to finding and pursuing new business
  • Excellent follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Flexibility and confidence in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly

The right person is equal parts go-getter and relationship builder. Someone who knows how to chase new business without losing sight of the people who make it all worthwhile.
